Climbing site - Le Mont Brion
The southern slope of the valley of Abondance is not conducive to climbing if it is a few ways in the east face of Mount Brion, rather to rank in the adventure grounds, except the "Dian de Ouatapan" Which is equipped modern.
Nestled in the massive rock complex of Tavaneuse, this rocky face, 250 m high, with its surprising and adherent rocky grain, contrasts with the surrounding peaks where vegetation reigns supreme. Admittedly, the steep grass is widely present in the face but without ever altering the impression of verticality of places. The face, well exposed to the sun, usually dries quickly after the rain. Do not neglect the rise and fall times in the calculation of the overall climbing time.
The helmet is recommended.
