Bernex is about 12km from Evian les Bain. It is a nice family ski resort, open in winter from mid-December to end of March / early April (depending on the snow).

Outside winter time, this is a remarkable natural setting offering many activities: hiking, cycling, mountain biking, white water sports, etc.)

Many hiking paths leave from the chalet.

All local amenities (bakery, corner shop (press, tobacco), restaurants, ski rental, E.S.F, Tourist Office, Post Office, etc.) in the village.

Ideal for 2 families. It is set out across one large room on the first floor with a balcony, lounge, kitchen / dining room, with a wood-burning stove in the lounge.

Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (2 of which have double beds, and the third bedroom with 4 single beds (ideally for children)) and 1 bathroom + toilet.

2 bedrooms have south facing balconies.

On the ground floor, 1 bedroom which can also be used as a game-room, office, etc. (full “home cinema” equipment) with bathroom + toilet

All comfort included in the chalet, including dish-washer, washing machine, wifi, etc.)

1000m² garden with full summer equipment (parasol, table, chairs, bbq, tanterns,etc.)

Heating, cleaning, sheets/towels, tourist taxe, etc… are all included in the price.

Beds can be made and heating on for your arrival.
