Aquabiking is a cardio activity that allows you to sculpt your muscles (thighs, abs, and diaper) and to improve the aspect of your skin quickly.

With dynamic coach encouragements and rhythmic music. All these things act in depth on the muscles, to firm the tissues and the silhouette.
To have a motivation, keep in mind that a 45-minute aquabiking session permits you to spend between 300 and 500 calories.
A session lasts 45 min (rhythmic to intense level) or 30 min (intense to specific level).
